This is a full day workshop suitable for
 

• Complete beginners to yoga (I would recommend beginners to attend this workshop before starting regular classes)
• Those who may have been practising another style of Yoga
• Anyone interested in Satyananda Yoga
• Anyone who would like to have a day of yoga.

During this workshop you will practise & learn

• Asanas (yoga postures)
• Pranayama (breathing techniques)
• Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)
• Meditation

There will be a short introduction to the Satyananda Yoga tradition & explanations of the practises.

This is a great opportunity to learn about Satyananda Yoga and immerse yourself into the practices to experiences the effects.
