Hormones flood our system changing our moods and making us very emotional. There can be all sorts of fears and anxiety around the pregnancy, labour and birth and beyond.
Practising yoga throughout our life, helps keep our mind, body & spirit healthy & to meet our challenges with grace & ease. Yoga for pregnancy is nurturing, healing & relaxing & helps us find a balance in our new circumstances. It helps us embrace the changes & enjoy this chapter of our life.

A few words from those who attended the classes:
We had a lovely little girl on Friday night, I was only in hospital 3 hours until she was delivered & didn't have any drugs until gas & air at the end, just breathed my way through the rest, thanks for the techniques! :)
Louise
I had a little baby boy on Saturday morning, I absolutely love him and think the breathing techniques we did in Yoga helped immensely on focusing on specific areas, thank you for your classes.
Penny
I had a beautiful baby girl on Christmas day all safe and well. The midwife commented on my ability to push and relax my pelvic floor! High praise indeed! Thanks to you and your classes, I will miss them.
Kat
